I have received quite a few calls and e-mails about the KNEWS article you wrote about my contribution to the Shoot-Out Software. It is nice to be recognized by my peers, especially you two.

I do want to set the record straight. A lot of effort goes into creating the Shoot-Out software every year, and I do have to equally share the credit with Steve Somers, Chairman of the Shoot-Out Committee (and VP Engineering @ Extron). Steve is 100% responsible for technical side of the entire Shoot-Out...including the software. We work very closely together to produce a quality product. Although we each have somewhat different responsibilities in the production process, it is truly a joint effort and should be recognized as such.
