Fortunately in our eleven years of business we have only been taken by credit card fraud in two instances. We have prevented theft in a number of cases by getting as much information as possible and verifying.

In the cases where we were ripped off we initially called the police and were referred to the FBI and were then referred to the treasury department. Ultimately we were told that unless the loss was over $30,000 they didn't have time to investigate!
